Speed and Agility Training (S.A.T.)

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

3rd - 12th Grade

Designed to help those athletes who need to sharpen their abilities or for those between sports. The S.A.T. class will focus on the following: Speed/ Agility/ Quick Starts/ Quick feet/ Front/ Back/ Lateral Movements/ Basic Cone/ Ladder/ Hurdle Drills / Cardiovascular Conditioning/ Basic Plyometrics and Flexibility.
